Good day. I own a Hypertherm 45 xp and using a cnc table for cutting.
The problem is that the hypertherm stops cutting before the project is finished. I see a NO ARK alarm on masso. The hypertherm also give me the TSO error signal. I am using brand new Hypertherm fine cut cartrages.
Allready installed a new ground pen connected to the material. Using clean dry air with constand airflow of 5 bar/psi and around 512 liters air per minute. Intalled 2 seperate water traps. I tried to reduche the THC on masso to 65% but it still stops during a project and on different places.
There is no damage on the tourtch head on any other places. How can you assist me.
