I had trouble with this establishment before because of the outdated content and lack of tutoring received. I cancelled 3 months later but always wondered what if I try and bite the bullet and finish a course with them. I then decided to give them another chance in the hopes that they had up their game but guess what, nothing has changed. This time round I had requested a refund within 4 days of signing up cause of unforeseen circumstances, I was planning on studying with HyperionDev in January 2020 again. I was advised by the student adviser that it would take 10 days for the payment to be processed. I requested a refund on the 31st of May which is almost a month ago.
