I am a very unhappy customer. The first order I received was size 7.5 instead of size 10.
I tried to get information to return it and was given a reference number, 250107-****04, but received no further assistance. I like the shoes and so ordered more. They arrived in size 10, but I need size 10.5, so I would like to exchange them. I also need a shipping label.
I only want 2 pairs of size 10.5, not 4.
Above all, I would like to speak to a human. I can be reached by phone or text at 508423****.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. It would appear that after your intervention Hyper Arch decided to respond to my complaint. They supplied a replacement as well as telling they didn't want the one's they'd previously sent returned to them!
Only once I got PissedConsumer involved and they sent an email to HyperArch did things start to happen.
To give HyperArch credit they did exchange the shoes quite quickly after that and they didn't want the unwanted shoes sent back!
There return is not good. I wanted to exchange to smaller size. They said yes they'll send me a 6 1/2 size. And to hold on to the other pair meanwhile. Well i never receivedthe 6 1/2. When i called ba
Since I never received the exchange pair. I call them.
They said it as to late, that I took to long to call back. Well I was waiting for the exchange that never got here. Since I didn't want to look like I was wearing clown shoe I donated the shoes.
So the return policy is no good. They had to find a way to keep my money, over 100.00 dollars.
This was over a year ago.
I can't beleave they want more money from me. NO WAY.

I have written numerous emails. to resolve this issue.
about the shoes that I bought from you. I do not like them. They do not fit. They do not support my arch and they slide all around with the elastic top..
The ankle bone is pressured. by the height of the shoe around the ankle. all the way around the ankle. It's uncomfortable, as well.
These should not be sold as unisex. as the height of the shoe all the way. around my ankle comes up too high. and digs in under my ankle bone and over my arch.
I've done everything I can to try to find customer service that can help me find my order number. because you can't make a return without your order number, and there is no one available at your establishment to help me find my order number. It's not in my email. and I'm pissed.
I'm about to go on social media.
including X. and let everyone know your customer service. is less than any help at all. I've written emails.
I've got no responses. and I don't like the shoes fit for me. The hype the guarantee, the words you use do not equate the price I paid for these shoes. The heel pdas push my foot too far forward as well, so the arch does not line up, Simply, not for me.
I wear everything from Skechers to Adidas to Asics. to New Balance. To Keens and Merrill's, Nikes and Birkenstock. And these are just not superior.
I walk every day at ;rat a mile or 2.
and these do mot hold my foot on the platform either. Too tight around the ankle and too loose in the toe box, for me.
I would try another style but not if they are sold as unisex.I want a refund.

This is so messed up.. they have a guarantee..
free returns. and or refund if they don't fit. But there's no way to access the return portal unless you have your order number, which I cannot find. And there is no phone number to inquire with them what my order number is.
There is no helpline. not even a chat available. That's just Rinky *** They have a shoe fit guarantee And these shoes do not fit me. in any way.
I like the looks. I like the material. I like the quality. but they do not fit me and I cannot access the return portal.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. They reached out to facilitate the return after I posted with you and complained to the BBB.
I asked for a refund. They offered to exchange them for a different size. I said I wanted a refund. They then offered to have me keep them and they would give me a partial refund.
I said I wanted a refund. After several days, they sent me an email saying I could fill out a form requesting a refund. I did so. They then sent instructions for returning the shoes, which I followed.
After a week, I checked for a response. No refund. I checked my tracking and found they had received and signed for the shoes. No refund.
I sent an email inquiring about my refund. No response. I sent another email asking about my refund. No response.
I then sent an email saying I would be writing to the Better Business Bureau and posting on social media if I did not hear from them. No response.
Finally, after I did as I threatened, they responded by arguing that I hadn't let them know what I wanted and demanding proof that I had sent the shoes back. As of now, still no refund.

Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. The company contacted me after I posted on social media and complained to the Better Business Bureau to facilitate my refund.
They were too large. I requested a return. Despite the fact that they advertise free returns, it took three emails to convince them that 1) I did not want the shoe in a different size, 2) I didn't want a different shoe in the same size, 3) I didn't want to keep the shoes and get a refund for 25% of what I had paid. I simply wanted to return them.
They finally sent me a return form, which I filled out. I shipped them and waited. I didn't receive credit for the return. I wrote three more times with no response.
I know they received my return because I have a UPS receipt stating that the company accepted it. As of this moment, I am owed the entire cost of the shoes and have nothing to show for it.

I never received my order
Its been more than a month and they have not sent me my shoes. I sent them an email with no response. Theres no phone number to call them either.

The return policy is not true. I have used their form twice to return, and there is no valid number to call.
One of the shoes did not fit. It was a gift The shoe was too small,size 5.5US, 7U.K filed the online form for a return slip immediately, never got one.
Still trusted them, ordered larger size which has been delivered, but there has never been a return slip sent to return the original order. JXKH33ZY-order
