Resolved: It's because of my Spotify account
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with settlement agreement.

Charged for no reason
I downgraded my subscription from pro to the free choice and yet it still charged me for an annual subscription. I checked my account and now the choice to downgrade is gone

I paid and nothing happened
Good afternoon, I saw an ad on instagram regarding your service and inserted all my information, including paypal details. Once I finished confirming the payment, I was redirected to a page where I was asked to close the tab (there were no places to insert my spotify or song url, I was hoping that would be the next step but sadly I was wrong).
The entire process disappeared and I was taken back to my normal instagram homepage without any sign of the order I just paid for and no confirmation.
Could I please have an explanation and a refund? Thank you.

The service does not deliver what was promised
After purchasing Hypeddit services and following instructions closely, we are unable to connect Facebook and Hypeddit for marketing purposes (the promise of the purchase). And, the instructions provided appear to be inaccurate and there is no support available to rectify problems.
