Fraud charges to my card
My card was charged for 100.00 and another for 50.00. I want my money to be put back in my account, of which I never heard of this Hypeddit.

I checked my bank account this morning and I see that your company withdrew $400 in total from my account. I would like to know why because I dont have an account with you.
I dont know who you are. I spoke to a customer service representative earlier and gave her all the information she wanted and she tells me that I have to fill out this form deposit five dollars for my credit card so they can connect me to someone who could help me.
I dont know why I have to do that. Somebody should be able to help me without me paying five dollars for the connection

Good afternoon, I saw an ad on instagram regarding your service and inserted all my information, including paypal details. Once I finished confirming the payment, I was redirected to a page where I was asked to close the tab (there were no places to insert my spotify or song url, I was hoping that would be the next step but sadly I was wrong).
The entire process disappeared and I was taken back to my normal instagram homepage without any sign of the order I just paid for and no confirmation.
Could I please have an explanation and a refund? Thank you.
