Resolved: BUYER BEWARE !!!
Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. I mailed it back after going through all their red tape to get a refund.
This is by far the worse razor I have ever purchased/used. It cut the *** out of my face and head !!!
The company had the nerve to suggest keep trying it before I request a refund.
So, how many times exactly must I cut the *** out of my face and head??? I will be declining their suggestion and requesting a full refund.
There are TOO MANY much better and less expensive razors out in today's market.
DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME AND MONEY ON THIS !!!
