I paid 65 dollars for 2 pair of shorts, still in pack and can not wear them. I ordered a medium but needed a large. Customer service did not help me resolve this issue! No refund or exchange! REALLY!?
Made a mistake and ordered medium instead of large size. Have both in original bag plus have tag. I will not be ordering again! Who would want to order something that cannot warranty their hard earn dollars? Not a happy customer. Angela Adams

Preferred solution: Get large shorts instead of keeping medium shorts I cannot wear.
