I'm elderly and computer chats make me insane-they let you sit and wait for their chat agents to serve multiple customers but none well. It takes sitting and sitting at the computer to get a simple transaction sorted.
Hydroviv was very accessible in the beginning but each time I have needed to call, 3 times in a couple years, it has gotten more exasperating.

I got a callback from Hydro Vive and handled all of my needs in five minutes of phone conversation. The representative recommended that I call the number I finally got anytime that I need something from the company. I left an earlier frustrated review, but they have made me feel better about them.

i had contacted Hydroviv to order the internal part replacement for my under the sink filter and i have not received any satisfactory response from Hydoviv on how to get that part ordered.

Duplicate order & subscription
I ordered a Hydroviv unit for installation several months ago and hired a handyman to install it. He told me I would have to change filter on regular basis.
When I started getting emails from Hydroviv during Black Friday with markdowns on products, one choice was a 6 month subscription on what I thought would be a filter but what I got was the whole thing. Couldnt make contact on how to return so paid $15.50 shipping to return it today.
Not what I wanted so cancel my subscription. And email address very unprofessional sounding.
