Hydrolyze *** Sucks ***
DONT FALL FOR IT.HYDOLYZE TOOK ALL OF MY MONEY IT IS SO RIDICULOUS. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS HORRIBLE. NEVER AGAIN. I am sooo furious with this bull ***. Over $300 was stolen from my account even though i canceled my subscription multiple times. I've emailed and called numerous times & all they want is your account number. I will never fall for TV Ads ever again in my life. I have learned my lesson. That was the first time and most definitely the last. Hydrolyze can *** It!!!! This is a warning for those who may fall for those infomercials. Do not spend your hard earned money on propaganda.

Hydrolyze Stinks!
I'm warning everyone NOT to fall for those ads you see on TV offering Hydrolyze Cream for under eye circles for a "free trial". First of all, they need a credit card for overly high shipping charges. Then they call you repeatedly to join these ridiculous "shopper clubs" for an additional monthly fee, (on the same credit card you gave them for the cream). You get a three month supply of the stuff along with a lot of other junk mail. But NO obvious paperwork or instructions on how to return it. (They claim they instruct you how to in an automated message). Furthermore, the cream doesn't even work! My dark circles aren't that bad, but I see NO improvement. I don't want to put it on the rest of my face because it has ingredients that can cause blemishes. Attempts to call the company result in a quick connection to a rude service support person. So I'm stuck with a nearly $70.00 charge for *** face cream. I'm such a ***... ]:

I tried to cancel my subscription 02/11/10 and can not get through to the company.
I don't want to use the service and it is difficult to get through to the company via telephone and must sign in before I can even cancel it on the web site. I want my services cancelled and my credit card credited with the funds taken. I do not want this service; it was rigged when I responded to another offer and thy would not allow me to process my order until I said "yes" to this offer. I am also returning the product I ordered Hydrolyze since it does ot work and I am totally dissatisfied again.
