Not even a month old and already falling apart on the lid. No phone number to talk to customer service. Why do you sell junk then make it so difficult for people to contact you.

I need HELP! I have received an extra hydro jug that I did not order.
I can not get ahold of a person to talk to. I do not know why I received another hydronic.
I did not order it.
I need someone to call me to help in what I need to do. I cant pay for another one.

Horrible Service
The worst company ever! If I could rate them a zero, I would.
I placed an order 8 days ago, and it has yet to ship. If you can't do better than that, then do us all a favor and close the business!

Trying to clean the mold in the lid
Well apparently if you receive it as a gift you need to ask for the order number in which whomever purchased it. I personally would never buy hydro drug with that lid ever.The mold inside of it is horrific
Highly disgusted about this lid to your expensive jugs. It's full of mold and disgusting my grandchild's been drinking out of this since December how do you clean this or replace this lid

Poor costumer service
- - Ordered 3 hydrojug on Dec 5; chose pickup.
- - Dec 6 promised shipping by Christmas; no updates since; emails automatic; chat/phone unavailable.
If I only knew how bad their costumer service, I would have refused to order from them. They do not deserve even 1 star.
I ordered 3 hydrojug from them, Dec 5, accidentally choose pick up instead of shipping. Contacted them got a response December 6 from a name Reilyn. Reassuring me to change it to shipping and will receive before Christmas. And guess what?
After than no communication! All responses to my email are general/automatic generated emails. Their live chat??? None!
Numbet to call, not available or not accepting call. I think this company needs to close.

Great Jug but watch for mold accumulation
I love the Hydro jug. So strong and durable where even if it tips over it never leaks. See my video how to disassemble to clean thoroughly.
User's recommendation: I was able to figure out a way to remove the top main straw in order to clean thoroughly, otherwise water will collect in a specific area that never dries completely and will develop mold. I attached a video to show how to remove safely without damaging any pieces
