Customer service at Hydrawise is awesome. Just call them.
Once I got the phone number, which wasnt that easy to find they were super helpful and had me up in running in about 15 minutes.

All the controller was working fine then we got a message that it is off-line and Ive gone through the app and tried many different things and Ive unplugged the router and plugged it back in and still it will not connect to the Internet

No, Irrigation Wi-Fi not working
Wi-Fi was not taking my new email and password. The gentlemen that answered the phone was very polite very patient and attended to our needs. Thank you.

Can’t connect app to Internet
Zero help. Just tried to sell a medical alert device and was never even able to connect to a technician. Terrible customer service!

I called the number to try to get technical support, and all they tried to do was sell me a medical alert device. I was never able to talk to a technician, and my problem is still not solved.
