It would be unwise for me to sign up for vision care when I already receive excellent care from the VA for that care!

I never received anything for the money I mistakenly paid. I am a disabled veteran living on a fixed income.

The VA takes care of all my vision needs and I cant imagine why I would ever sign up considering the amount I paid while I was sick every month. You deducted from my bank.

I still have no idea what product that I received. Perhaps you can let me know so that I will be clear when I call the authorities.

I want to cancell subcription

I have been charged 58.62 8/1/22 and 39.99 on 8/1/22 and then 39.99 again on 6/1/22 please cancel my over and I want all the charges put back in my account because I didn't order this product.

Money deducted wrongly . I need all my money

38.78 Canadian dollar for 3 months now . Warned them to stop first time still deducting my money after they promised they will stop .

They did on the 7 th October again .

I want my money back . Did not buy any thing from them .

No relies from company at all!! Unanswered phone calls and emails!!

You have stolen 100.00 dollars from me!! Three months of 30.00 charges!

Return my money immediately!!! And I will no longer allow any further charges!!

I have turned this over to fraud departments - bank and state!! Reimburse me immediately!!!!

Stolen my money

I ordered an item from a smart watch website, without my consent they subscribed my bank account to eye care website and started stealing my money. I reported them many times but they are not unsubscribing my account. Please help getting my money back.

Pititful service, rude agents and supervisors

Purchased a pair of insoles for feet. A disclaimer somehow claimed if i ordered this product, after 60 days my card will be billed for a monthly fee.

I called, email explained . The support emailed me back explaining what may have happened, I suggested calling myself. Called 3 times on Apr 10, 2020. put on hold for more than 20, then i hung up, called back on hold for over 30 minutes while they processed refund.

Finally they hung up called again, as soon as I explained they hung up.

Both agents and supervisor hung up. Sent a final email to their support, waiting reply, by the way, i never subscribe to this special monthly service
