A few days ago, i purchased a virtual server from zare.co.uk, and 2-3 days later, my server is gone without any emails or notifications, so i open a support ticket. The support member Harry (which seems to be the only support member) told me that their RAID hard drives have failed and that he will issue me a refund. Well time has passed, and as they keep ignoring my tickets, we are losing business! Really bad customer support as one ticket is taking 7+ hours for a response "We will refund you" and not actually happening. I opened a PayPal dispute as i will not wait for these frauds anymore.
