Horrible Experience
I heard nothing from them.
NEVER EVER EVER EVER WILL WE USE HYDE HOLLYWOOD BEACH!!!!
Rude Staff, Elevators are at best awful, room was dirty, no coffee, no ice, had to take stairs 12 flights due to high demand elevators, staff got into elevator and could bypass where you were going to take them to their floor. King bed made noises every time you moved.
Floors were dirty and sandy. Made us pay $120 to clean room. $364 room rate came to $650 in the end. No respect as a customer at all.
I wrote a review and they took it down. No swear words.
Just spoke truth. They took it down!!!
