To Whom It May Concern I stayed at one of your hotels here in the Irving Las Colinas area and four young ladies happened to stay with me. I have previously stayed in many Hyatt chain hotels and the experience has been pleasant. However, I was charged and additional $50 for extra guest which I have people come visit me during EVERY SINGLE stay that I have had and it has never been an issue. When I got in the room, the carpet by the bed was... Read more

After months Hyatt Cancun still hasn't resolved my problem. Seems sticking the head in the sand is the only way. Whatever you do if you stay at this hotel be very careful of using your credit card. if you use both card and cash you are likely to be double charged and some employee goes home with a bigger wage. A dishonest management system and no care on complaints. Really Hyatt, how can you let these people rip of your customers. Do you... Read more

Seems that addressing the complaint by Hyatt is to ignore it. No response so the company has to be on the whole a dishonest one that steals money from customers. I would have expected something from them but they seem to think that sticking their head in the sand is the way to go. Very bad hotel chain that treats customers this way and I am putting them into the coyboy chain of steer clear. I am at the loss of the money and suspect that it... Read more

HYATT ZILARA CANCUN Blvd. Kukulcan Km 11.5 Zona Hotelera Cancun, Quintana Roo, Mexico  77500 T + 52 (998) 8 81 56 00  x 6001 jennifer.reyes@hyatt.com [cancun.zilara.hyatt.com] Without doubt this is a dishonest hotel. I gave my daughter my credit card to use while on their honeymoon. They asked for some extras and the hotel asked them for a Mexican credit card for security but would not debit the card if they paid cash before leaving. This is... Read more

I was travelling from India and stayed at Hyatt, Monterey for 2 nights on 15th and 16th July. My International debit card details were taken and $100 was debited from my account as authorization charges. The front desk guy told me that it's a temporary charge and will be credited back to my account. However, it was a permanent charge and the amount got debited from my card. I have made several calls. No reply to e-mails. And when I make... Read more

I am an Hyatt platinum member and I have been accumulating mountains of points and free nights. Often I give to friends and few times I use for myself. I had booked a free stay at the Hyatt Regency in San Francisco and up this point all was normal. I had to cancel my weekend trip and therefore I decided as a courtesy to cancel my reservation with two days of advance. Little did I know, and surely the Hyatt costumer service carefully avoided to... Read more

Justin, Your reply is not correct. The pig was identified as it entered the building. I was the one who tipped off Hector, at the front desk, before they came into the hotel. I saw the family of three walking in from the parking lot with the pig. The daughter was trying to cover up the pig as they sheepishly attempted to walk past the desk. Hector appreciated the heads up and interceded and placed a call to his supervisor. Someone above him... Read more

I have been a Hyatt courtesy card holder for seven years and the only Hyatt that manages to fails on delivering service and quality is the Hyatt Regency in downtown Indy. Over more than 10 stays over the last few years I only received one upgrade. Today I was offered a dark corner room, next to the Regency Club, with windows to a busy street. The new manager was annoyed I asked for an upgrade. The room is dark, smelly and horrible in terms of... Read more

I live in HB and when our home had water damage in the entire bottom floor, we had few options that could house our family of 5 and let me feel my young kids, 12F, 8F, 2M, and pregnant wife could be safe. So, we came in during the fall and stayed for nearly 60 days and spend nearly $40,000 waiting on insurance that never came. You would think we would have a little help considering we were otherwise homeless. Well, umm... THE GOOD: I will never... Read more
