Lack of respect No real regard for customers. Scott Mekks is the assistant general manager for hyatt houston energy corridor and he doesnt care or respect customers. And the receptionist Rafael is also similar. Would not want to come here again. Hyatt house parsippany is the best and I am here for that only reason.
