Huge Pain And a Scam
- Canceling during the cool-off period is difficult; exit dept never answers.
- Fax is useless; certified mail was sent with no resolution; do not sign.
Please dont waste your time. We have been trying to get in contact with support in regards to canceling our contract during the cool-off period.
Granted, we sent certified mail as well but the fax number they provide to send documents is literally useless. And the exact department we need, the exit department, never answers the phone. Other people in different departments have to try to assist us as much as they can. Take my word.
DO NOT SIGN. Do not make the mistake we did.
Thank god we realized our mistake with enough time to fix it but even this has proven to be such a pain. I couldnt imagine trying to do this outside of the cancellation period when youre completely legally stuck.

We have requested to speak with a supervisor in several correspondence verbally and in writing as we were told to do. W also was told that we would be contacted by a supervisor to discuss our financial concerns due to ongoing medical issues As of today, Tuesday, 5/13/25, we have not spoken to anyone. We continue to receive Past Due Notification from you on our account, even after we have shared our issues.

Is a nightmare! Not beyond zero. Contact is almost impossible and i am losinv 3 weeks of vacation unless they do something today. But i cant even talk to them. I pay almost 3000 a year fee.

My 360000pts need to be deposited to Interval but they cant help me bcz the Hyatt didnt enable that function. My points accrued are not showing to be deposited to II.
I have been at this for days spending hours a day.
Today is the last day, it will be expired 12/31/24 and sheer reason is Hyatt didnt do its job. It is a nightmare!

Unfortunately, things have gone from bad to worse. Customer service is non-existent.
No one will listen, no one helps or cares. Their only interest is selling.

Hello. I bought a 4-day, 3-night Hyatt Vacation Club reservation, open-ended, last September on 9-14-23 for the Hyatt in Carmel.
I have been trying for 2 days to reach someone in activation to book a suite, hopefully in mid-September. No one answers the phone, at either 800-417-**** or 888-223-****. My reservation # is 204****. I have called 5 times in 2 days and waited on the phone for 10 minutes each time.
I also left two messages asking them to call me back at 612-799-****. Can someone please return my call?

Around 2 pm, 12/31/2023, I started trying to transfer my Hyatt expiring points. I went to Hyatt Lounge to deposit my expiring points from Hyatt into Interval International.
Once on the site it states I have 0 points to transfer. In the upper left corner there is an alert that states: "Deposits to Interval International of expiring Platinum Points must be completed before 9:00 pm PST on Dec.
31, 2023." It's well before 9 pm, but my points are gone. Please assist me in correcting this matter.

They keep changing the website to make it “better” but it’s just more complicated. Every time I speak to customer service I get a different response. It takes hours to set up a vacation.

I waited way too long to get a representative and then my questions were not answered fully. I have many points with Interval International but the only way to use them is to set up an exchange and move points from Hyatt to interval, despite fact I already have points in Interval.
Interval doesnt know how Hyatt vacation club conducts business and same for Hyatt. Its very frustrating to get a vacation exchange set up.

- July 22 email says use by July 31 and no longer with BofA.
- Card not received; calls, emails unanswered.
Beware, owners checking into the resort are gifted various items to attend a owners update. I was offered a $250 Visa Card and was told they were currently out of them but would mail it to me once they came in.
This was July 9th. Fast forward to July 22nd. I get an email from Welk Gifting letting me know that I have until July 31st to use the Visa Card because they are no longer working with BofA.
Since I have not received the Visa Card yet, I have called and replied to the email twice now and no one answers. If you go to your owners update, dont leave without getting what was promised.

I can't get ahold of anyone to make a simple change. I have been told at least 4 times that I would receive a call back from this company.
Preferred solution: Either a date change for my stay or a refund in full.
