They didn't do anything but apologize and say they hoped we would be back for another visit. I'd rather sleep on a park bench than stay there again

The website said complimentary parking. When we got there they changed us almost $200 for park and 1 of the 2 vehicles was only there for a few hours then we had to wait over 1½ hours to get checked in. Got to the room and there was trash under the sink and a used filter in the coffee pot. Tried to shower and the faucet shot off and sprayed everywhere so they transferred us to a different room at 9pm that was a lot smaller and nothing like we booked so had to be transferred again finally got into a suitable room around 10:30pm tried to shower and the drain was clogged and every day after that I had to go to the front desk to get my cards reactivated...if I knew it was going to be like this I would have saved $1000 and stayed at the red roof least I would have expected it

Worst manager ever!!! And hotel!!!!!

I was staying at the Hyatt House in Belmont, ca. I was checked in (obviously) and decided to extend my stay. I did so appropriately on the same website I made previous reservation. I informed front desk of extension... to which she asked me for. $500.00 deposit!!! I explained I already deposited the night before., and it was only $100. I asked why and she said it was Policy. Never had this happened to me, and I worked at crowned plaza for 6+ yes and stayed at this hotel many times. This was not the policy. The manager came out, yelled at me, canceled my reservation for the extended night, and black listed me all together at this hotel!!! FOR NOTHING!!! All she has to do was extend my night?!? I lost money that night as well because it was non refundable through expedia.. it whoever I booked with. I couldn't believe my ears. So rude, and wrong. Disappointed.

When we returned back to our room about 5.30pm we realised that our room is not clean. When I called up the reception, I told them to send the housekeeper at 6.30pm to clean it when we are out for dinner.& they agreed. We returned at 11.30pm, our room is still not clean! I called the receptionist up & they said they only have 1 housekeeper at night so won’t be able to clean up our room. What they can do is to give us whatever additional towel or so. I requested for them to come immediately they said they can’t cos they have a lot of request. My kids need a clean bed to sleep & clean towel to bath! Total disappointment by Hyatt! I have been travelling around & staying in Different country Hyatt but this is a total disappointment this time on the type of services that I received.

To Whom It May Concern I stayed at one of your hotels here in the Irving Las Colinas area and four young ladies happened to stay with me. I have previously stayed in many Hyatt chain hotels and the experience has been pleasant. However, I was charged and additional $50 for extra guest which I have people come visit me during EVERY SINGLE stay that I have had and it has never been an issue. When I got in the room, the carpet by the bed was stained which alerted me but like I said I let it go because I have stayed many times. I called and spoke with Jonathan to get the $50 waived and he reported that he would not. He gave me an invalid corporate number. I called back and asked for him Doug who was very rude was placed on the phone and said he would have the authorities called because I had 4 kids in the room, accused me of having people play on the phone and harass him, and stated eating his buffet was theft of service. The way he talked to me was disrespectful and rude and then he asked me to stop calling when all I wanted was the corporate number so maybe I could get someone who understood. Me and the young ladies presented vision boards and discussed goals, ate enchiladas and Doug assumed we had some while party and was frustrated with the candy wrappers. He said many personal issues he had, which I asked if he could send me the articles that outlined them and I got another bill. In today's service it is important to first listen with no interruptions, at least validate the customers concerns and give them the information they ask for. Unfortunately, Doug went full mode personal with his response. I would never have any kids calling and establishment to play on the phone as Doug accused me of doing and due to me recording the conversation I'm OK with the authorities becoming involved. The 3rd call was because I was disconnected a d the corporate number was deleted and all he wanted to do is read a script instead of simply giving me the number I seemed from the beginning and moving forward. I would like an investigation launched because now it is beyond my money being taken from my account. I feel disrespected and lied on... I don't believe the customer is always right but the customer is always human and you give the customer the information they request. Period. It is safe to say that next time I will go with the Embassy or the Marriott. And I have used you all every since the welcoming of my eight year old cousin at the Hyatt Regency. When staying at the Hyatt House, i had additional guest and without me even paying they gave me a seperate area. I am already doing charitable work in the community and the hospitality I was shown at the Hyatt House was absolutely phenomenal but this experience makes me question the degree to which I place Hyatt as my number one pick and even refer others. Complaint on the reception lady ( Anida )

Hi, Complaint I had reserve one room in hyatt house falls church in Washington DC through the price line web site on 3/11/2013 for one day with a good price ( $86 ) without tax .. When i came to the reception desk of the hotel i took with ( Anida ) and she told me you have to take a queen room depending to your reservation . However , i told her i want a King room because as you see my wife with me !! The bad thing that there was a lot of un occupied king size room but she was very raises to me without any smile to me as a customer !! For your information in my reservation there is nothing prove that you must take a queen room as she said !!! Also , when i ask her if there is any available king room she said i dont know with a very bad behavior as arecepion employee !!! I highly recommend to fire her from facing the customer if she will continue doing this behavior with any customer especially if the customer reserve from the websites with a good deal . I can send an email which i received it from the price line website to aproove there is nothing force me to take a queen room !! If i know before i reserve that i will face a person with bad behavior like ( Anida ) i will not reserve it at all !!
