Recall nightmare at Hyannis Toyota

After a ridiculous 3 visits from my island home to hyannis toyota they took my truck for a recall repair on March 14 after lying to me about the sequence of how this would go. I've made numerous calls to service dept., district headquarters and corporate headquarters with no progress.
I have been provided with a completely unsuitable rental vehicle which I don't use. I have consulted with Mass. attorney general who will not act as truck has commercial plates. How can car dealership be allowed to virtually steal your vehical?
I have contacted every massachusetts consumer agency I could find without any success.
I have run out of options and exploring legal options. Tim Russell 508 517 ****.
