I was I was overcharged for my order my order still hasn't been here and it's been going on I believe a year there was no way to contact them or get support numbers for them and I still haven't received my package or a refund from these people they charged me $79.98 way overcharged me for a $43 I would like a refund??!!!DO NOT USE THESE FALSE ADVERTISING /THIEVING PEOPLE !!!!DO NOT USE THESE FALSE ADVERTISING / THIEVES !!!!

Late merchandise and not as advertised
I purchased two wigs online on 4/25/20. I emailed the store on 5/23/20 and again on 6/16/20 when I did not receive the merchandise.
I then filed a claim with PayPal and then received two wigs from Jon, 2352 Bent Creek Road, Auburn, AL 36830. The wigs looked nothing like what was advertised. I returned it 2 days later.
PayPal denied my claim since the merchandise was mailed. I am now out $59.95 and haven't received a refund from this company.

I purchased 2 wigs back in March of this year from hwinstore &;;;;;;;;;;;;;; have yet to receive my merchandise or a email of any sort, this is completely unacceptable, they have a bogus email address of which you can't ever leave a message making it impossible to follow up or track your package, i feel like I was robbed,,,not a good feeln,,,signed angry angry customer

I been waiting two month for my order and havent receive it yet ihave email them and everything an know answer from them my first. Time buying from them so i dont know so i am still wait. So if they cant deliver i want a refundi i dont know

Won't send me a return label so I can return their wrong order
I ordered some wigs from this online store and the company has given me the run around until today.
A little background: I opened up one of the wig orders and realized it was the wrong color and size as well as cut and the other package had the wrong color wig, so I didn't even open it up. I emailed the company for return information and so began the circus.
They emailed back wanting to know why I want to return their product and after I replied with several reasons why I want to return everything (fit, color, no need for this product) they focused on one reason and suggested I just adjust the fit with the inner belt. They replied with needing more detailed reason why I want to return everything and yet again I reiterated the same reasons and asked for a refund and return labels since I don't need something that neither fits nor looks good on me color wise. This was several weeks of back and forth between me and whoever's responsible for customer satisfaction.
Today they responded with, quote:
" Hello, I am sorry, consider that you have to bear the high international postage, we do not recommend that you return the parcel, especially the non-quality issues, you can give it to friends and relatives, or donate to the institutions in need, we can give you 20% Refund, can you accept such a proposal?Thank you for your support and understanding.have a nice day."
No name followed their emails and no other information about them is available online. Can I even trust they'll honor the refund they spoke of in their last email.
Nothing wrong with the quality, (persay) that was never even mentioned (quality wise it'snot worth the money they ask for it) . So in short I've wasted my time and money for no result.
