Chili Garlic Sauce NOT AVAILABLE at Hong Kong Market NYC
Your brand of Chili Garlic Sauce has been a staple in my kitchen for DECADES. I shop at Hong Kong Food market on Hester Street in downtown Manhattan, NYC. Today the entire shelf was empty - no product - and nobody had any information about it. This is so frustrating.because it's a two hour bus ride to and from the market to buy several jars of Rooster Brand Chili Garlic Sauce because there is no substitute for it. There was no Sriracha either - nothing! I checked online but the shipping is often more than the price of the product. Please advise and help me obtain the product affordably, if possible. Bad Cap on Large Bottle of Srirachi sauce
All I was asking for was maybe a replacement bottle of sauce since the cap was defective but instead all I got was, you can contact our lawyers. Totally inappropriate
