I purchased two 12oz. Bottles of your Sriracha and i am not happy with your product.
My family and i loved this product and missed it. So when we finally found it we where excited to have it again, but that was short lived. This sauce is not the same product we have grown to love. The taste is not the same.
It doesnt even look the same. This is very disappointing because now i am stuck with two 12oz bottles of something that is not what it should be. What am i supposed to do with all this sauce that noone will put on thier food. We feel like we have been deceived and would like a refund.
You cant just sell a product for many years and then change it and call it and package as the same thing when its clearly not the same thing. I hope for your business you can fix this.

Chili Garlic Sauce NOT AVAILABLE at Hong Kong Market NYC
- - The Rooster Brand Chili Garlic Sauce has long been a kitchen staple.
- - The Hong Kong Food Market on Hester Street had an empty shelf.
Your brand of Chili Garlic Sauce has been a staple in my kitchen for DECADES. I shop at Hong Kong Food market on Hester Street in downtown Manhattan, NYC.
Today the entire shelf was empty - no product - and nobody had any information about it.
This is so frustrating.because it's a two hour bus ride to and from the market to buy several jars of Rooster Brand Chili Garlic Sauce because there is no substitute for it. There was no Sriracha either - nothing!
I checked online but the shipping is often more than the price of the product.
Please advise and help me obtain the product affordably, if possible.

All I was asking for was maybe a replacement bottle of sauce since the cap was defective but instead all I got was, you can contact our lawyers. Totally inappropriate
