Hutchinson cooling and heating

Omg how *** does a person have to wait for them to come out and fix the air. They first said in the am. Later on when they were called they said after lunch. Well after lunxh they were called and said we were nwxt! Later on we were told ooh no your wait time is 12-4. Guess what? Is after 4 and we still dnt have anyone here or any idead of what is going on. Thank god i didnt use them at my house....unfortunately my mom uses them. They say one start is five star service but honestly they get 1/2 of a star.....
