Our tuck broke down on the side of the road and it's the first time it's ever happened. So we don't have AAA bc of its never happened so he takes us to the hotel in Dariem Georgia which is a nasty old super 8 motel and I'm a girl who is spoiled by her parents so I'm not used to this.
But he drops us off my dad takes a picture of him with our truck he didn't like it but my dad did it anyway in case he tried to rob us so he takes us to the motel. We get there my parents check for bed bugs and then my family if 6 fits in 2 beds. So my parents are trying to search into this guy and the company bc they have our car and all our belongings. They find this website and call a delarship and they can fix our car but I t won't be done until the end of our trip to Panama City beach.
So we have the guy drop us off at the delarship and he is telling my dad these crazy stories of phsyco customers and he knows everyone in the town and is waving to cops so my parents think he's ok then he says I gotta get something from my buddy he's right behind me my mom in her head is thinking he's going to kill us but he gets some sort of flip phone.
Then he drives us to the delarship my mom has the address and the way to go on her phone but he isn't going the same way so my mom says can you stop at this gas station bc I don't feel well so he does she runs in she texts all her friends the guys business stuff and the picture of him with our car saying if I don't text you guys within 30 minutes in probably dead she gets back in the truck and we finally reach our destination he charges us $599 on top of $300 from licking us up the night before. I ABSOULTELY DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS COMPANY!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS TOWING COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The guy driving the two truck tried to rob me or he said he was going to "leave me on the side of the road" AFTER he locked my car onto the truck!!!
Afterwards, the owner of the company said he wouldn't let me car off of the truck until I paid him 570$ CASH!!!!!!!!!
THEN- the tow truck broke down on the side of the road and the guy tried holding me captive! I finally escaped and ran Into the highway to get help! Then went back to get my car with officials!
Then- the owner of the company showed up- 4 hours later- to fix his broken down tow truck- all the while we wee standing on the side of the highway!!!!!!
Then- the owner of the company wouldnt give us a discount of the rate of $570!!!! All for towing it 30 miles into the city! That's all he had to do!!!!!!!!
This company is shady, harmful, and absolutely bogus!!!!!!!! Stay away from them!!!!!!!!!!!!
