Lost money

Confirmed my cancellation then sent email saying to late to cancel. Part shipped out 4 days after receiving and email saying I could not cancel.

So 5 days after the part was cancelled it shipped and I received the part 13 days after the initial order. It was subject to a 20% restock fee plus I had to pay shipping on the part I received plus I had to pay shipping on the part to return. On top of that they sent the wrong part.

Its there policy still waiting on a call back from a supervisor but I was assured nothing would change even if they call which they still have not. There are plenty of other vendors on line that have better prices and much better customer service.
