Husqvarna Viking - Unhappy
Contains 1 confidential file for company representatives

I purchased an epic2 from my local shop. It was right after the store changed ownership.

I received the case for the machine but not the embroidery arm. They finally ordered me a case I paid $$120.00 for but NO foam insert. What good is it!!!

Now Im trying to get the foam insert!! Unbelievable

Customer service

Still waiting for a response have not heard from 3 request in the last couple of weeks, no comment yet because I have not heard or had any response from several of my request. I will leave a response once I hear from Husqvarna.

Surely a couple of weeks is plenty of time for them to respond. so far customer service has been poor and very difficult to get a hold of anyone that can assist me with my issue.

Question about software

Asked with help fo 4D software and was told too go to website I received an email and went to that site and it said it was not secure I was concerned about downloading the Java script.

Can’t change the lightbulb in order to sew over the needle. If you have no light how can you sew difficult to change.Tried do use your rubber sheets tool which was totally ineffective. Repair people h

Can't change lightbulb over needle. Your instructions in the manual do not work.

There are three of us with Husqvarna Viking machines and we are all angry very angry and will file complaints. Your tool is worth less I said worth less

Preferred solution: You need to have another tool to take the lightbulb out over the needle. One consumer suggested superglue in your tool
