Problem with trimmer
I spoke to a representative and discussed the issue: the representative said he would be reaching me via email, never happened it has been longer than a month since.
User's recommendation: I was told that I was going to be reached via email, and never heard of any representative

Verified ReviewerBroken equipment and they won't honor the warranty
Weed eater that they nor their dealers will honor the warranty less than 6 months old. Dealers say they don't service their equipment as they cannot get parts or support.
User's recommendation: Avoidat all costs
No response
- - Mower returns to the charging base.
- - No response after contacting the company; no phone number available.
I am having a problem with my mower returning to the charging base. I reached out to the company, and never received a response. There is no phone number to call, so customer service inadvertently is non existant.
User's recommendation: Be warned
Product failure
- - Customer service link leads to a blank page; you can't reach anyone.
- - The mower has been troublesome from day one and failed after about 2.5 years.
Customer service email response link sends you back to a blank page. No way to actually speak to a person!
Mower has been nothing but trouble from day one.
Completely useless and unusable despite proper maintenance after only 2.5 years. Very poor quality design, poor engineering, poor quality parts, non-existent customer service.
User's recommendation: Do NOT buy!
Strap for weedwacker
I dont like talking to machines I bought a lot of products and pushing people onto the Internet is not a good thing. It really put your product down.
User's recommendation: Answer the phone

User's recommendation: Look at another brand. Dealerships have QUIT CARRYING HUSQVARNA because you can not get a hold of them. Buyer Beware not

Verified Reviewer |Weedeater fire hazard
- - Gas leaks from the weed eater; OEM cap replaced, issue persists.
- - Loyal for decades; no support or replacement options offered.
Gift from father who passed recently and can't get help ever since it was new with gas leak. Spent time and hours replacing oem cap twice and finally saw your products are fire hazard by consumers safety site.
They offered no options and said it's not a listed model. My dad and I were very loyal Husqvarna customers. For years I have been asking for help and don't have the receipt which my deceased father bought it for me and I can't ask him where he put it as he always made copies and filed them away. I am posting the last email message sent to a unfriendly and unprofessional agent..My professional repair small motors tech said the carb is well clean and everything looks great because I frequently change oil, filters, and new cap from your company that says the cap is for this model.
And it still leaks even with gasket inplace. He said that it seems a manufacturer issue but I somehow get a faulty one started leaking 1 season when 1st purchased. And have sent many unanswered emails because I'm afraid it's a fire hazard even though it not on the recall item. My father and I have been very loyal to your company for decades.
And this issue was never addressed. Gas keeps leaking no matter what I do and I'm not taking a chance because I had a old ge mini fridge that was 8 years old in garage catch on fire while I was luckily there working on car and was able to put it out. I contacted ge with pics. They never even asked about it being out of warranty and sent a new replacement without me even asking.
I am not a fan of ge products, but since taken so much effort to resolve the issue I figured that your brand would be honest and offer some type of repair/replacement. I paided alot of mo money for that top of the line 4 cylinder weedeater, and maintain my equipment constantly. He'll still have a 20 year old lawnboy that works like new. So depending on how we go about a response from Husqvarna will determine that I will no longer use products and use robi lawn care tools battery powered which they have been great customer support.
Had battery charger melted a battery. I contacted and sent pics like I alway do. Then next day recieved a newer charger model and 3 batteries only having to replace the bad one which messes up my leaf blower and then they sent me a better model leaf blower later the same week. That's great customer service and like my father will be loyal to companies care for their customers needs and problems without constantly talking about manufacturer warranty expiration.
I only used the Husqvarna weedeater for 2 seasons, and used it only during warm months less than an hour per use biweekly and kept maintained by Husqvarna's maintenance timeline. It's sad that even though go through great lengths to lengthen the use of products which is a form of ocd that we both shared and was very organized and done things correctly by the book, a trusted product fails prematurely under the very use of gas leaking weedeater and company hasn't done anything since contacting that start of 2nd season that put it out of manufacturer warranty and even paided a premium for the exact oem cap and it still leaks. My mechanic said your plastic gas container seems to be damaged from factory and over time adding gas it had caused plastic treads the cause of gas constantly leaking. I am also a loyal bbb member and have my own site that talks about products that I buy or get free to do reviews.
Not to sound negative in any way, but what would you do in my shoes after spending 400 dollars on the supposed best Husqvarna product that I only used 1.3 years and Husqvarna never replied to my many emails and phone calls.
So if there is anything you can do, like send a replacement gas container with cap I would've been not having this problem and conversation.
I have sent various pictures of weedeater and the defect as I do with any product I get defected to support team. I can send them if you need again.

- 4 cycle just add gas
- Long style
- Fire hazard
- Defective
- He filed receipt can not find
Preferred solution: This is very special because my father bought it for me years ago and I haven't used it because of a defect of plastic gas tank, mostly likely the treads are not normal looking spent hours and 3 oem caps filters oil
