Company fixed the issue and I have been provided with apology. After weeks of silence -- I just got an email saying my product is on its way.
I still haven't been able to make contact with the company. Not by email, not by calling, not by getting a call back.
Absolutely nothing. I think I'ver stumbled into some sort of scam - or they've gone out of business.
DI ordered mats for my car over two weeks ago, and aside from an email saying they received my order, I haven't heard anything since. They don't answer calls or honor callbacks.
Email is similarly ineffective. With customer service like this, it's amazing they are still in business (or maybe they're not?).

No Warranty support
I opened a warranty claim over 60 days ago (Feb 15). All I have received is an automated email saying that they will be getting in touch with me.
'Your request (123****) has been received and is being reviewed by our support staff.'
I have sent a followup email and tried calling them..
Still no help.
I have purchased several sets of Husky liners. But this will be my last set.
User's recommendation: I would buy from the other big all weather mat maker. I have been very happy with my replacement to the bad Husky liners
