Delivery Date did not happen

Recently purchased a mattress and box spring and was told I could pick my delivery date. I picked the first Thursday following my purchase date and as late as they could deliver it. Thursday came I received an automated phone call that my delivery would be on Saturday between 12pm-3pm and that I should "press 1" to confirm it. I immediately called my salesman after I received the call and of course there was nothing he could do. I told him they should not offer the choice of a delivery date if it was not possible because that is why I chose a date so I could be available for the delivery. He did not offer any apology or any kind of compensation for the mistake.
