They will promise you any thing to make a sale , but don't believe it , if it is not in writing it will not happen . All of there charges are from the " Ala Cart " Menu , Do not assume anything , make sure that they tell you what is and what is not included in the price quoted for the service requested .
And the sales dept. will always show there trade in Boats before yours , don't be nave , be cautious .

They must have changes. Because this winter I purchased a brokered boat from Hurst Marine, it was a very unsatisfied experience.
They lied about the boats condition, and when I paid a surveyor to survey the boat the items and comments were far from what Hurst said. I asked for a quote to do the necessary repairs and it amounted to more than$10,000 plus, plus. I discussed those costs with Hurst and could not come to a negotiated settlement. The conditional deal aborted.
When I requested my deposit to be returned they hit me with a $1,200 bill for opening the boat to be surveyed and the cost to do the quote.
To say the least I was very upset. They told me I was unreasonable!
