I admitted my self to ER (Huron Valley Sinai) 1 Pm. I have a high blood pressure. I informed ER - I DO NOT HAVE A INSURANCE.

Clerk in office told me - do not worry - we will work with you.

Doctor spend with me - maybe 15 min - recommended to see my family doctor. No tests or any ER was performed. I was released 4 Pm.

I received bill from Doctor for $ 150.00 - which I paid in 3 installments. I WAS IN SHOCK when bill show up from Hospital - $ 1563.00.

3 hrs - $ 1563 ????????? I requested from Hospital to review those charges. So far - 18 months - nothing done and Collection Agency sent letters. I own $ 1563.00 - not working, 65 years old and - can't walk in present time. STAY a way from this hospital - RIPP OFF on daily bases.

Huron Valley Sinai Hospital Commerce, MI

I was sexually assaulted on December 7, 2006 at Huron Valley Sinai Hospital, in spite of my refusal for treatment Rn. Catherine Blaydon Dean, Community EMS techs Howie and Pendergrass held me down, stripped me naked, tied me down spread eagle with 4 point hard leather restraints and forcibly catheterized me.

I was raped. There is no justice and nothing at all was done about this.

The hospital then tried to extort $2,500.00 from me for payment of my being raped.

Never in my life would I have thought that this could happen, but it did. The trauma I went through will never be out of my thoughts.
