Defective bike

I purchased an ebike almost a year ago and am still waiting to talk to someone about getting my money back. All I hear is that I'm on a list to be called.

It shouldn't have taken 8 months to call me.

I get no number or email to complain, all I get is bad customer service. Joyce Peters.

Bought bike on website and the front forks had issue on how they were attached and would not allow front wheel to be attached to bike. We sent photos and were sent a return postage for fed ex .

Returned the bike and no communication since then.

We have proof of return. Just want replacement

Terrible Service

I drove 40 minutes to get to this store location. Now 40 minutes home.

One hour and 20 minutes. Waited ten minutes for someone to open the store. I figured the employee was using the restroom really quick. So I call at 140pm.

The manager answers the phone. I ask if they are open. He says yes but he is on break and will be opening up again in 15 minutes. So about 2 pm.

I got there at 130. Called at 140 or 145. Mind you they open at 11am. So he was on the clock for a full 2 and a half hours tops before he needed a break.

I told him I didn't drive out of my way to wait for him to let me spend money. Hurley lost a very loyal customer today.

My closet is loaded with Hurley gear. Not anymore!!!
