Terrible Service

I drove 40 minutes to get to this store location. Now 40 minutes home. One hour and 20 minutes. Waited ten minutes for someone to open the store. I figured the employee was using the restroom really quick. So I call at 140pm. The manager answers the phone. I ask if they are open. He says yes but he is on break and will be opening up again in 15 minutes. So about 2 pm. I got there at 130. Called at 140 or 145. Mind you they open at 11am. So he was on the clock for a full 2 and a half hours tops before he needed a break. I told him I didn't drive out of my way to wait for him to let me spend money. Hurley lost a very loyal customer today. My closet is loaded with Hurley gear. Not anymore!!!
