Unresolved and unsatisfied customer
I changed companies. No one ever reached out to resolve the issue. Just a lot of meaningless AI texts.
Company did not resolve the issue. At tax time, I expected immediate response. Easy to take my money and needing technical assistance.nothing but stupid emails called pissed customer.
