Excellent customer service
I like the customer service I've experienced in finding the best car for my family. The salesperson was very transparent and explained everything to me in an understandable manner.
They made the whole process smooth and no hassle. I am pleased with my newly purchased car, and this is what I really wanted.
Bad dealer
Raul Castillo is the second dealer that I dealt with. We agreed to a price on a 2020 Honda Civic SI.
We asked him if we could set up a test drive. There was no problem, but he never set it up. He also took pictures of our trade in and told up he would get back to us but never did. It's been over three weeks, and we never hear from him.
We have been buying Honda's at Huntington Honda for decades.
I can't believe how bad their sales department got. My wife and I will need to fine a new dealer.
Preferred solution: Get a dealer to work with

Richie Bello, Vincent Naso of HuntingtonHondaCars.com Scammed us.., Richie and Vincent own Huntington Honda Cars and they scammed us for about 1000's of dollars. We created a website for them.., They haven't paid any payment for last 6 month.
When we ask for the payment.., They saying.., Sorry.., payment will be released by today tomorrow etc.., It is been 6 months.., No payment for work. We lost faith.., Don't trust Richie Bello and Vincent Naso.., Both are scammers - Don't trust them.., They will rip you off - Beware!!

Just today, i found that HuntingtonHondaCars.com is another great scam by Richie Bello and Vincent Naso. They named their business differently and cheating many other companies.., Don't trust Huntington Honda Cars!!! - Richie Bello will rip you off at end.
They scammed many companies including our company.., We lost for about 1000's of dollars..,
Don't trust HuntingtonHondaCars.com and Dealers Solutions group!!! Beware and stay away from Huntingtonhondacars.com.
