HUNTINGTON BEACH DODGE IN CALIFORNIA.ON 2010 I CHANGED MY MEGA CAB TRUCK FOR A JORNEY AND THAT WAS 4TH CAR WE BOAUGHT FROM THEM.I SIGNED A RELEASE OF LIABILITY,CAUSE THE TRUCK WAS A LEASE AND THE BANK WAS BANK OF THE WEST.WELL HUNTINGTON DODGE WAITED *** MONTH TO SELL THE TRUCK TO GET THEIR MONEY AND BANK OF THE WEST PUT ME 30 DAYS PASS DUE.I CALLED HUNTINGTON AND THEY SAID THAT THEY ARE MAILING THE BANK THE MONEY,BUT THEY DID NOT.AND NOW I AM AT EXPERIAN TRW AS A 30 DAY DELINQUINCE.AND NOT THE HUNTINGTON DODGE NOR BANK OF THE WEST WANTS TO TAKE ME OUT OF THE TRW.IT IS UNFAIR.I TALKED TO BOTH PARTIES AND THEY SEEM TO NOT TO HELP ME.
