Product needs help

I had a sporting goods store for 30years and sold the scent wafers. I retired five years ago and needed some acorn and doe in estrous.

I am taking them back for a refund.

They are nothing like they used to be. Doe estrous smells nothing like it used to be.

My order of one item has been processing for 10 days. I've submitted customer support questions to simply as if there is an issue and they never reach out or even confirm anything.

It's one thing to take forever to ship your product out, especially when they state that it is in stock. It's another to have a customer support email for no reason. I plan to call tomorrow and if they can't ensure that it will ship soon I will want my money back.

To wait for customer service for 30+ minutes and to be constantly subjected to commercials is poor communications when you should give the option of a silent wait is preferable.. This is the second try talker OG that I have in my possession with both reed combinations loose and not fixed.

Unacceptable if you were to attempt to align the system manually with needle nose pliers for alignment and a flashlight in your mouth for guidance .. Enough of this and the phone wait is obnoxiousPLEASE SEND ME A REFUND NOW !!
