On Thursday, September 30, 2021 I went to the office management of the Hunter Pointe Apartments in Carlsbad, CA to check the status of my application for renting an apartment that I applied in 2016, since the date I never received any call or mail or email from the rental office management, I was talking with the front desk assistant manager, who was polite and cooperative with me to check on computer, she found my name with my old phone number, I told her can you please update my new phone number, suddenly a man come inside the office and I don't know where he is came from? He interrupted us without any respect with a very bad attitude and talked to me rudely: You have to wait until the opening waiting list and you reapplied, I told him: I dont know who you are ?
He told me: I am the Manager, I replied to him: Even if you are the Manager, you must respect the lady and do not interrupt us and wait until she finished her discussion with me and if she needs you than you intervene, he started acting more rudely and telling me: Get out from my office, I replied to him: This is not your office you are an employee, you should go back to school to learn how to talk to people and be a Manager, than he threatened me to call police and he told me: I am going to call police because you are insulting me, I told him: Call police I am not insulting you or stealing, you can call police there is a camera in here, than I asked him to give me his name and he refused, I told him I will found out your name and I will contact your Corporate Office.
I am 67 years old. I never saw such an extremely rude and unprofessional manager in the housing or commercial or industrial business like Mr.Kristian Contreras, his behaviors are inhumane and unacceptable.
Anyone has a complaint about the Hunter Pointe Manager should speak out and send complaint to his Corporate Office/ Chelsea Investment Corporation, this type of bad behaviors can no longer be swept under the provincial carpet
