Company is full of liars
After working with the company for a handful of years i wouldnt recommend anyone purchase flooring and give this greedy company business and if you work for them enjoy being poor until you find a new job.

Poor workmanship and terrible customer service
This company installed laminate floors in my living room (contracted by Lowes). They installed over my crawl space access.
I now have a plumbing leak and there is no way to access the crawl space to get it fixed. There is damage occurring to my home right now. I called the installation manager to ask them to fix their mistake. He told me that I paid them to install flooring and that's what they did.
He told me to fix the problem myself. He was rude and condescending.
AND he ung up on me!! Nevertheless, they sealed in my access to my crawl space and refuse to fix their mistake!!
