Bad dealer service

Took 2018 Forster for first service. (6000) miles. Dealer computer did not promp service writer to rotate tires. I asked why and was told this is not required until 12000 miles. The Forster tire manual shows this is incorrect. I also asked if the GPS could be updated and was told the dealer could not. That it was up to the owner. I also asked how to connect the micro usb card to a computer. Again I was told I don’t know, maybe a computer store can tell you. I asked why they could not service the new Forster and was told they could and then I asked why then can you not service the Forster GPS. This is a factory component. A 2000 thousand dollar extra. They had no response. I don’t know if this applies to all dealers or just Hunter Subura in Hendersonville NC,
