Recalls done and have more problems

Took my Grand Cherokee Summit in for recalls, software recalls were done and now have error codes P20EE and P2459 both are emissions related. Regen process comes on every other day. Dealer sends texts asking if everything is good, I reply no, have these problems and they don't respond.
Highly recommend you avoid Hunter, even with a problem caused by the software upgrade, if I take it back to them this is two codes so $135.00 each to diagnose.
