Billing issue wrong

We are all dealing with the C019 crisis and we will have many issues in our lifetime. This is not the way to handle customer issues by ignoring them all together!

Need help with boots....too big. Leaving for trip soon

I am not really pissed off .just a crunch time to receive a smaller sized boot. Thank you, if you get this in a timely manner, please call 206 660 ****. Thanks again Pauline

Missing delivery

I ordered on July 27, 2021 and I havent receive anything Canada post called me and said that they delivered at 4933 same street is my neighbours address I went to asked her about it and she didnt receive anything, so Im still spectating my order or my money back. Thanks for your answer ASAP

I never received my order or a refund

I placed an order with Hunter Boots on the Canadian website on December 16th. My order was cancelled on the 18/19 without any warning or explanation provided. I have been going back and forth with them for over 1 month and I still have NOT received my refund of $161.28. I have checked with my bank and no refund from that company has been made. I have spoken with at least 5 different people at Hunter It took over 2 weeks to even receive a reason as to my order was cancelled.

I sent my boots back because they were too tight on my leg.I sent back right away I was going to exchange for shorter boot, you had neither of the ones I wanted out of stock.. so I bought them from the bay I bought them on dec, 21 you said you got them you were processing them I want my money back I kept sending text back and forth then you said wait for thirty days then I got an email that you sent my boots . I did not order another pair then you said I could send my boots back when I got them. so I asked which boots you were sending, and it was the same one I just sent back !! I just wanted my money back!! All I did was take them out of box and try them on and did not fit sent back this Is the worst service I have ever had. why would I exchange for the same boot ??? I had texted with someone for a month it is over 200.00,and I needed it in the holiday season !! I am sorry I ever bought from you. I am mass I have to wait probably another month b I will never shop at Hunter again!

Poor quality wellingtons

During my 30 years working as a National Park Ranger on Dartmoor, I carried two pairs of your boots in my Land Rover, Hunters, for winter patrols on the high moor, and Argyll for heavy work such as walling etc. The former typically lasted for around six years, eventually succumbing to the effects of the acid soil. The latter lasted for around the same amount of time, usually being replaced due to the treads having worn away. I retired in 2010 and my final pairs of boots lasted until 2017. I bought a new pair of Argyll from Sam Turner on 13.11.2017. These developed split seams and were replaced under guarantee in April 2018. The replacement boots failed in exactly the same way a year later and were again (eventually) replaced by Sam Turner on 29.6.19. These have now failed in the same way (split seams). Three pairs of boots have failed in under three years! What has happened to your legendary quality?

Rain Boots Review

I got 2 hunter rain boots tall high gloss for Christmas.but for some reason both of my boots on the right side caff is very tight hard to wear & walk around with them feel like my bleed isnt running on my right leg because its to tight.can u please tell me what should I do .I love them alit but cant wear them due to tight on right side both boots!
