I have a dispute with Capital One, I sent a dispute letter, now I have to waste my time to send another letter

On January 2 me, my wife and brother in law along with his wife and grandson went to this restaurant, the waitress did not wear Covid mask, we and because it was the day after new year,we had no other choice but eat there after we ate my brother in law became sick, and after a few days my wife came down with COVID, I contacted Capital One to get my money back, they said to call the restaurant, big joke the manager seems to alway disappear and the emails always unresolved, whatever you do please please dont do business with this people
