I’m am really upset that this has happened !! Now I am dealing with DHL in nyc trying to locate my shipment that was labeled with the wrong address!!!!

Design and prices are great! Quality and customer service not so much.
My first pair frame snapped and screw came loose with 3 months. My second replacement pair has fatigue cracks in the frames which will eventually get worse and completely snap. Tried emailing, Facebook message and even post on their Facebook wall over the past few days and have had no response. I wouldnt be so annoyed if they didnt brand the sunnies as being virtually indestructible, basically the main reason I bought them seeing as I break expensive sunnies fairly regularly.
Dont buy from them, complete waste of money and time. Clearly only interested in building there brand and not their customer service.

- - Ordered sunglasses online with a lifetime warranty; defect in 3 weeks, fees charged then waived; now customs want a fee and they haven't replied.
Ordered a pair of sunglasses via their website, which are covered by lifetime warranty. If a manufacturing defect happens they are replaced with no cost to myself, it was claimed.
When a defect happened after only 3 weeks they first tried to charge me various fees, which were waived after my insistance. Now glasses were held by customs who are asking me to pay a fee.
Humps had promised to cover the fee if it occurs, but now they have not replied to any of my emails. Complete scam.
