Humble Hyundai
Humble Hyundai is AWEFUL!
Took my new veloster turbo in for oil change. They gave me my first door ding and refuse to fix it because I work everyday and couldn't bring it in until my next oil change date.
WTF?! I thought I was leaving my car with a respectable dealership, but it's okay for them to ding up cars and say oh well not our fault. Just because I wasn't able to bring it in within 30 days to have them look at it.
They make you do a walkaround and check for dings with their loner cars but not for customers cars?! Shows how much they care.
DON'T BUY FROM HUMBLE HYUNDAI
Do not buy from Humble Hyundai because if you are in for service and bought elsewhere the finance manager will let you know how rude you are for having service done at their dealership..The *** went on ranting about how I could POUND PAVEMENT and leave and do not come back.. okay Mr Finance *** I am leaving and posting your dealership on all site to inform the buyer of your thinking..
It is poor taste to go off on customer when 2 salesmen sits in a corner talking and I was considering trading my vehicle that was in service..
I will take my money and car elsewhere.. Trade cycle is 2 years and have a son who is about to turn 16 so I guess that makes 2 cars in the next year that I will not buy from you.
Humble hyundai
Went in for service and was interested in getting information on the Sonata Turbo but the finance manger was upset that I was in service and bought from another dealership and asked why I brought my vehicle in for service there and not elsewhere.. Oh well I will not purchase the turbo from this dealership..
Thank you finance guy! This means no dent guard, gap, warranty, wheel and tire and any other other warranty you offer..
My purchase decision is easier. You was a great aide to where I will buy my 4th Sonata from (not Humble Hyundai)Wiesner and Hub I am your customer now for certain.

I purchased a used car from Humble Hyundai. Drove it 7 days and 1 quart of oil later went back to get back my vehicle or find something else.
The sales mgr told me there was nothing he could do other than take the car in on trade.
He offered me less than I paid and even tried to sell me a new Santa Fe at almost list price. Once purchased your screwed if there are any issues.
