- - Bought Oct 2023; failed Oct 2024.
- - Two weeks no reply; tech replaced main box/remote.
- - Jan 2025 failed again; $90 out of warranty; $5,500 chair.
Bought the chair October 2023. October 2024 is stopped working.
After 2 weeks of no response from the company my local store contacted them. Another 2 weeks passed when a tech arrived to replace the main box and remote.
January 2025 the chair stopped working. A week passed after submitting the request and received an email saying it sounds like the remote connection is loose, heres how to plug/unplug, if that doesnt work itll cost $90 because the chair is no longer under warranty.
$5,500 chair.
Dont buy from this company. Ive read about this happening very often.
- Great when working
- Unreliable and company does not care
Preferred solution: The chair fixed.
User's recommendation: Don’t buy

Was forwarded to an answer provided for a fee service. Unfortunately, after paying that fee the “answer” was not provided until 3 days later. Not a good service in my opinion.
Was referred to an answer service and charged a fee that failed to provide a timely solution. Not happy about this.
User's recommendation: Don’t do the chat thing. Talk with a real human person.

- - $2000+ chair failed in 6 months; replacement sent.
- - Replacement has issues; remote failed; motor on ship; 8–12 weeks; slow service; coat rack.
They decided to replace the chair again. I had to jump through hoops, it was their decision to replace the chair for the second time, not mine.
I was told it would cost me over $400 for shipping and $200 to dispose of the old chair. I said no, I’d take the chair to goodwill, they told me to hold on the phone, they came back and said they’d waive the shipping and I can dispose of the chair myself if I signed a waiver and cut the power cord once the replacement chair arrives. I sent the waiver form while speaking on the phone to them that day, October 21,2025, which they stated was received before we hung up and the new chair would be ordered. I send the cord cutting pictures on Thursday November 23, 2025, right after the chair was delivered.
Both of which both were done. They also said this new chair won’t be under warranty since it’s now over a year since my original purchase. Which both chairs failed with the original warranty period. They are just very slow to respond and takes for ever to get the parts and a technician to do the repairs.
The form and the pictures were both sent back to them. I provided them with all the documents and pictures they requested only to be told they didn’t get them. I have copies of my sent emails stating otherwise.
I resent them today and the case is supposed to be closed, still waiting for the documentation stating it. What a nightmare!
The replacement now has issues. They sent a new remote, didn't fix it, saying now it needs a new motor. I was informed the new motor is somewhere on a ship off the coast, could take 8-12 weeks. What happens if the motor doesn't fix it and it needs one of the other inside components as well?
Sounds more like keeping stringing the customer along. So I currently have a very expensive coat rack in my living room. Customer service is polite, but takes a while to respond. Politeness doesn't fix my problem.
I am about ready to donate it to the garbage dump! I don't know if filing a complaint with the PA attorney general would help get this resolved or not; I may have to try that route.
- Polite customer service
- Still waiting on parts for months
- Takes too long to address warranty issues
- Waste of over 2 thousand dollars on their chairs
Preferred solution: Either come get it and give me a full refund or replace the thing again! This is ridiculous!
User's recommendation: Buy elsewhere!
