I ordered 2 sleep pods on 9/19/25 per your promotion and was charged $155.99 but never received a confirmation or receipt. Charge appears on my credit card but never received the 2 items.

Waiting on credit card company to hear back from hugsleep
I received multiple orders in the mail that I never intended on purchasing. I can made several attempts by email and phone to contact someone to speak with customer service but the emails were answered by a generated email and were not at all helpful. I looked up the company address and returned all of the merchandise. I then received an email saying that I will not receive a refund.
I am trying to get the company to send me back my merchandise since they are denying me a refund. If they are refusing me a refund then the items that I purchased and paid for in full rightfully should be returned

Charged for “free” sleep mask
I placed an order with hug sleep. I found that the sleep pods werent what I had hoped for.
I bought three and with those three Hug Sleep sent one free sleep mask. I filled out their form took the three sleep pods and the sleep mask to return. Although mask was free, could not be returned once I got to the UPS drop off. When I received the online refund, I saw that hug sleep had charged me $27.02 for the sleep mask.
Im not happy about this. When trying to reach them by phone. Good luck.

I wanted one of these so badly! Asked my son for one in October 2023.
He bought it immediately and didn't gift it to me until Christmas (almost 12 weeks later). He accidentally got the wrong size.
I asked Hug Sleep if I could exchange for a different size. They said sent a generic link to fill out a return. I found out that it was outside of the 30-day window for "returning" the item.
I emailed back and explained the situation, and also that I did not want to return to receive money back, but simply exchange for a larger size, which they could send to me after they received the original (brand new, unused) item back at their facility.
Two emails later and no response. I had to go to their website and start a new customer support inquiry. I got the same reply of basically - Sorry to hear that, unfortunately it's not eligible for return/exchange.
I told them how disappointing it was, how easy of a fix this was and that $109 was a lot of money for my son. All because he bought a Christmas gift early to ensure he got it, he wasted his money and I didn't even get a Hug Sleep I can use.
I also informed them that I would write the incident in reviews to inform others. I gave them 4 days to rectify and -- nothing. So here we are.
As much as I wanted one, I wouldn't take one from someone if they gave it to me for free. I wouldn't support a business who treats their customers like this.

I have a followup to my initial report.Hugsleep.com is either pure malice or pure incompetence or both.They took so long to respond to my credit card company dispute, basically right at the deadline, and their response was that "I received the merchandise". No **** Sherlock, how could I return the product for a refund if I never received it?So now I have to provide additional documentation to the credit card company.They are playing delaying games, they have no intention of honoring their money back guarantee.
I will take them to small claims court if I have to. Do not buy their products, they do not honor their return policy!
Well this site blanked out the rest of the number. It is four six three eight.
It's been 60 days since I returned the product, still no refund.Hugsleep lies. I filed a complaint with the BBB and in response they falsely claimed they answered every email.
I have 2 emails they never answered, 2 Facebook messenger texts sent they never answered, 5 Facebook posts they erased without answering, and a voicemail they never answered when I finally found a telephone number hidden away in their business filings.In the worst lie of all, they claim they can't give a refund because I opened a credit card dispute. I called the credit card company and they said that was false. I emailed Hugsleep and left them a voicemail inviting them to get on a conference call with me and the credit card so the credit card could tell them that is not true. Zero response back from Hugsleep.
I have at least 4 emails from the credit card company saying they tried to contact Hugsleep, but they got no reply.The credit card company is giving them until mid-January to respond. Here is the telephone number of these scamsters: (414) 209-****This company is unbelievably dishonest and untrustworthy.
The product is *** flimsy, hot, and way overpriced.
Trying to get a refund on the product is really hard.
1. They have NO customer support number
2. They make you email them to get return info
3. Their "live" chat is a chatbot which you to maneuver through.
4. When you finally get a real person on chat, they can't even answer any questions about my return which they received over a month ago. They told me to email them!
5. Emailed them 2 weeks ago, no response.
6. Tried to contact them on Facebook, they erased all my posts.
7. Opened up a credit dispute, waiting for response.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!
