Can’t get a refund

HueHearing - Can’t get a refund
Returned my hearing aids unused by recorded delivery on 31/1/22 as they wouldnt fit in my ears. Now 21/3/22 still waiting for a refund. Have emailed 3 times and have had absolutely no acknowledgement.

User's recommendation: Do not buy from this company.

Can't get refund money after returned hearing aid

Got this device a while ago and knew immediately that this wouldn't work for me, so being I live in Canada and I travel to the US for the winter , I decided to ship back to Hue Hearing from there as the company is located in the US and we wouldn't have to deal with Border Customs etc and the shipping for the company would be a lot cheaper...so I started the return from Florida with no trouble but the company wouldn't pay for the return shipping as I wasn't shipping from Canada...?? Whatever.. so I spent 15. dollars to return the aid for a 88.00 dollar refund which was made by PayPal but as of now after they have received the aid Jan.18 , 2022 at 2:13pm and this being Feb.5th...no money...company just bad...

User's recommendation: DON'T BUY....poor product and bad customer followup.
