Company does not do cancelations or refunds as their return policy says they do.
DI ordered the hue drum on July 2nd and emailed to cancel it on July 4th. July 5th I received an email asking why I wanted to cancel the order.
And I responded on the 5th that it was no longer needed as it was a gift, and they already had one. I did not hear anything then for a few days until I again emailed them on the 8th asking what was going on with my refund. I received a response on the 8th saying that they could not cancel my order because it was sent to production and could not be cancelled. I emailed them back telling them I would be contacting their company to speak to whoever is supposed to be in charge and that there was no reason they could not cancel the order and that I was just going to return it with a bad review.
Looking through the reviews they seem to be famous for this.
I had specifically requested that they process my cancellation right away so it would not be shipped and they refused to do so. Their cancellation policy stated that if you cancel your order before it is shipped you will receive a full refund and they are not standing by their own policy.
