I am trying to call huddle so many times no response, keep telling me chat online when I am trying to chat online payments details pages just pop asking for my bank details and don't allow me to go any further until I fill my bank details and submit it is so hard to get any information. I insured my car with huddle but I didn't receive any email or notification saying if my car is still insured.

I need to talk to someone about it. Please do call me on 042512****.please make our life easier I am the phone from 3 45 till now but not getting any help

Cant log in and need to talk to a person

I couldn't log in at all. It took me all day to actually find their phone number as it's not on Google.

I ended up calling some other insurance company and they had the phone number. I waited 40 minutes, then was told I needed to be transferred. I waited another 20 minutes to be told I needed to be transferred again. I said no, this is ridiculous.

I'm cancelling my insurance. So, that was it. They couldn't help me with my problem.

They just keep passing you around. I definitely do not recommend this company.

Rego number incorrect

It's extremely difficult to speak with an operator other than for an emergency. I booked an appointment for yesterday between 10 and 12 and no-one called me back.

I need to change my rego number and apply for a refund. Your system is not suitable for me and I will be looking to change to a different insurance company asap.

I find this system extremely frustrating and definitely not suitable for me. I will be looking into changing insurance companies asap.
