Attempting to Charge Me for Outlier Use (business use)
- - I resigned from Outlier on 11/15 and removed Hubstaff on 11/16.
- - Hubstaff sends zero-due statements, says I owe money, which I dispute.
I resigned from Outlier on 11/15, and removed all Hubstaff properties from my Computer on 11/16.
I was directed to download Hubstaff for use on Outlier due to the project I was working on. When I resigned, as stated above, I removed all Hubstaff software from my computer, since I no longer needed it because I left from Outlier.
NOTE: I was using a trial version that expired on 11/15. IE Free.
Hubstaff is sending me statements that have zero amounts due (which seems ok) , but they still trying to tell me that I owe them money.
I do not. Outlier owes them money, if anyone does.
User's recommendation: Do Not Use
