Hubspot Sales Overly Aggressive

I opted in to receive access to a webinar on HubSpot and was fine with receiving communication from them and perhaps considering them in conversations with higher-ups as we are currently considering CRM and martech vendors. But I guess I wasn't high enough on the chain for them. It came to my attention that their sales team was contacting my bosses using my name as an in to start conversations. The whole point of inbound is to only speak to people who have agreed to speak with you. I found this behavior wildly unprofessional. Just know that if you download their stuff or show any interest, they may do the same to you.

Preferred solution: I want to let people know that HubSpot engages in overly aggressive sales practices and that if you sign up for their events, you may be approached in this way.
