For starters, you don't even have a phone contact to talk to a real person. We go to watch something on Binge and it cuts off just as you are getting interested in something.

You are quick to take the money as a payment was taken on the 26/9/24. If you can't fix the problem, reimburse us and unsubscribe! It keeps saying we have no connection to Wi-Fi and if that were the case, we would not have internet so that is not the issue! When you are watching something, it cuts off and shows a QR Code and says to sign up!

We are already signed up! We've had nothing but problems with it since we decided to have Binge.
