After cancelling kayo and binge subscriptions Hubbl still take out monthly fee over a week later refuse to refund and nf they just dont care if they do this to everyone who cancel big money they take in

I took out a free 6 month subscription to Binge, and set a reminderf to terminate it before the first payment became due. When I tried to do that, it was impossible to do online - everything I tried just took me to an error page - and they have no Australian support numbers.

Fortunately, in googling Hubbl support, I found Pissed Consumer, and with their email forwarding, I was able to get a response from Hubbl, asking for details, within a couple of hours. I am now waiting to see if they do actually cancel the subscription.

My experience with Hubbl has been horrible. I have a $30 subscription from Hubbl that is not coming from my actual account, I think I made an email just for a Hubbl account so that I could use the free trial.

So I need to cancel the subscription, I only have details to the bank account its charging from and no clue what the email or password could be. You need to have a phone number or email to contact for these kinds of things, an AI bot is not good enough.

Took payment and signed me up for a subscription without authorisation contrary to their own claim that they do not do so without OTP codes being entered

When I log in to my account the page never loads to change my account details. When I go to help and support I receive access denied.

When I try to find a phone number or email address I receive access denied. There is nowhere to find information about overcoming this issue that I have had for several daysz

We have joined Kayo,Binge and Flash through Hubbl , we are locked out of the above three with the message access denied and we are also locked out of hubbl with the same message no matter how I try to contact them I get the same message , up until last week everything worked perfectly my account user name is brendangreen64@***.com cheers Brendan
